I am delighted that my project „Ernstfall Betriebsrat?!“ received this recognition. It clearly underlines how essential constructive — and therefore successful — cooperation with the works council is, especially in difficult and large-scale change projects. The prerequisites are communication at eye level, transparency, and empathy, combined with the necessary expertise. Good collaboration with works councils works when you find the right tone, build trust, and prove reliable. Based on my many years of experience as an HR expert, this approach is far more effective than a confrontational one.
