COOPERATION INSTEAD OF CONFRONTATION<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

At the DDIM Congress 2019, DDIM \u2014 the industry association for professional interim management \u2014 invited submissions of successful engagements for recognition. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am delighted that my project \u201eErnstfall Betriebsrat?!\u201c<\/a> received this recognition. It clearly underlines how essential constructive \u2014 and therefore successful \u2014 cooperation with the works council is, especially in difficult and large-scale change projects. The prerequisites are communication at eye level, transparency, and empathy, combined with the necessary expertise. Good collaboration with works councils works when you find the right tone, build trust, and prove reliable. Based on my many years of experience as an HR expert, this approach is far more effective than a confrontational one.<\/p>\n
