It clearly underlines how essential constructive \u2014 and therefore successful \u2014 cooperation with the works council is, especially in difficult and large-scale change projects. The prerequisites are communication at eye level, transparency, and empathy, combined with the necessary expertise. Good collaboration with works councils works when you find the right tone, build trust, and prove reliable.
